ENCOUNTER CONFERENCE is an exciting experience for all who are involved. You can be a part of this life-changing experience by signing up to help serve. This year's conference dates are June 19-21. The Traffic Team will help set the atmosphere for the conference from the very first interaction our students will have, while also providing safety and guidance to our parking lots. You won't only be parking cars, but will also be holding fun welcoming signs, and creating a fun environment with a smiling face. You will be their first interaction, and we aim to make it count! Once Traffic is complete in the morning, we will transition to the Activity Team. This team will help supervise and run the activities for the students. You'll get to participate in the fun of the conference while managing the controlled chaos of the shaving cream battle, giant slip and slide, and so much more! To ensure we provide the best possible experience and keep students safe, there may be times when we'll need you to support other areas of the conference. You will be helping to create fun and exciting memories for students that will last a lifetime. Plus, you get to enjoy the nice summer sun, what more could you ask for?

Requirements: Background checks (PA State, PA Child Abuse, Federal). If background check results are NOT submitted by June 1, you cannot serve at conference due to PA law.
