ENCOUNTER CONFERENCE is an exciting experience for all who are involved. You can be a part of this life-changing experience by signing up to help serve. This year's Conference dates are June 19-21. Your help is needed to welcome and greet attendees purchasing items in the Encounter Conference bookstore and merchandise areas. You’ll probably have to answer some questions about the conference merch and any other items that come up with a friendly and courteous attitude! You will also be helping with the Check-In process all three days. Students and Leaders both need to check in when they arrive and go into each main session and breakout. To ensure we provide the best possible experience and keep students safe, there may be times when we'll need you to support other areas of the conference. You will be helping to create fun and exciting memories for students that will last a lifetime.

Requirements: Background checks (PA State, PA Child Abuse, Federal). If background check results are NOT submitted by June 1, you cannot serve at conference due to PA law.
