ENCOUNTER CONFERENCE is an exciting experience for all who are involved. You can be a part of this life-changing experience by signing up to help serve. This year's Conference dates are June 19-21. This team ministers to everyone who comes to Encounter Conference through the care of our campus and facility. Facility Team will handle light cleaning needed for the upkeep of the church during the event. They'll clean halls and bathrooms, vacuum, sweep, mop, and replace toiletries. If you would rather be behind the scenes and help keep Victory spotless, this would be a great place for you to serve! To ensure we provide the best possible experience and keep students safe, there may be times when we'll need you to support other areas of the conference. You will be helping to create fun and exciting memories for students that will last a lifetime.

Requirements: Background checks (PA State, PA Child Abuse, Federal). If background check results are NOT submitted by June 1, you cannot serve at conference due to PA law.
