From Genesis and throughout the Bible, we learn that God chose Abraham to bless all the families of the earth. As born-again believers, we learn from Galatians that we are the seed of Abraham. Such knowledge begs us as believers in Christ to learn and know more about who Abraham was. This class will examine the life and times of Abraham so that we can have a working knowledge of the major events in his life that have not only blessed us, but to a large extent, shaped the world as we know it today. Galatians 3:29 (KJV) “And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.” This class launches on October 30 and ends on November 20. No child care.

Dr. Richards is Associate Pastor at Rivers of Living Water Ministries in Elkins, WV. He has a B.A. and M.A. in Theology from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida. He continued his education with Life Christian University where he received his Ph.D. in Theology in 2003
