Women's Fitness Group

This small group is for women who want to find connection and workout together. Each session we will share a short devotion together and then workout. Let's have some fun together! The workouts will vary from burning fat, building strength to flexibility, and balance. Optional: Bring 3 lb weights if you want to do some strength training workouts. For those who would want to stay around afterwards, we will walk and pray.
